I have always been interested in how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact our lives, which led me to a career in behavioural change, counselling and psychotherapy.

I support individuals and couples with issues that may be currently distressing and require immediate counselling support. In these sessions I work with you, your partner or family members to help manage these immediate challenges, providing guidance, strategies and tools.

I also work with individuals and couples with on-going issues requiring longer-term psychotherapy support.  In these sessions, I encourage you to explore all aspects of your life, to help understand how this informs and shapes how you see yourself and others. Developing self-awareness will enable you to be better able to deal with your life, as well as think, feel and respond in a way that is more a true reflection of who you are.

The client-therapist relationship is important to me, and at Therapy Room you will find a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to talk through your problems.

I hold a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a Clinical Registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
